Racing Foundation continues sponsorship of Green Award at 2025 Racecourse Association Showcase

The Racing Foundation is proud to confirm its continued sponsorship of the Racing Foundation Green Award at the upcoming 2025 Racecourse Association (RCA)Showcase, which will take place on Thursday 13th November at York Racecourse, the current holders of the Showcase Champion title.

The RCA Showcase, now in its 14th year, celebrates excellence and innovation across British racecourses across the past 12 months. The 2025 event will once again bring together racecourse teams and key stakeholders for a daytime conference followed by a gala awards evening.

The Racing Foundation Green Award recognises outstanding racecourse-led environmental sustainability initiatives, a growing and essential area of focus for the sport.

Now in its fourth year, the Green Award continues to celebrate practical innovation and long-term commitment to sustainable operations within British racing. The winning racecourse will have the opportunity to work closely with the Racing Foundation and the RCA to produce a case study and promotional video, further amplifying their achievements and inspiring others across the sport.

This year’s Showcase Awards will include eight core categories reflecting all aspects of the raceday experience, alongside two public-voted awards: the Racing Post Readers’ Award and the Owners’ Racecourse of the Year. The Racing Foundation willstand alongside other industry partners including Great British Racing, Racing Together, and Future Ticketing to support the celebration of racecourses across the country.
