Horseracing Survey Launched to Measure Wellbeing Within the Industry
Friday, 23 April 2021
For the very first time, the horseracing industry is aiming to measure and understand the wellbeing of its entire workforce through a new survey funded by the Racing Foundation.
The Wellbeing Across the Horseracing Industry Survey is a chance for anyone involved in the sport at any level to have their say and to impact the future of the industry’s workplace.
The survey is aiming to collate responses from everyone working across the sport whatever their role.
The results of this survey will enable the collection of baseline data about wellbeing throughout the industry and will be crucial in enabling improvement for the health and wellbeing of horseracing’s people going forward.
That is why it is so important we hear from you.
Not only will you benefit horseracing as a whole by completing this survey, but you will also receive a personalised Wellbeing Snapshot Report to help improve how you feel, live and work.
The survey, which is completely anonymous and confidential, has been designed by Robertson Cooper, experts in workforce wellbeing. It has been supported by funding from the Racing Foundation.
The survey is simple to complete and will only take 10 to 15 minutes. You will be asked questions about your workplace, your psychological and physical wellbeing, as well as your resilience before receiving your personalised report.
To take the survey, simply click HERE, register your email address and let us know about your wellbeing.
The Wellbeing Across the Racing Industry Survey will be live until Sunday, May 16 2021.
