Julia Visits the Racing Media Academy

In a new monthly series, Racing Foundation Chair Julia Budd will visit beneficiaries across Britain who aim to drive progress in the horseracing industry using Racing Foundation funding.

This month, Julia visits the Racing Media Academy which is being supported in its second year by the Foundation. 

The idea for the Racing Media Academy was born after broadcaster and entrepreneur Josh Apiafi identified that there was a barrier to getting new diverse talent into racing’s media.  

In this episode of Julia Visits, Julia spends time with the 2023 cohort during their intensive week of media training at The British Racing School.
